Checkout remains disabled by default until required migrations, Stripe configuration, and explicit environment flags are enabled.
All sales final
Except where required by applicable law, payments for RareReg Verification, Featured Placement, the Private Seller Sell Package, and Dealer plans are final. RareReg does not guarantee or automatically provide a refund after purchase; any exception is limited to the circumstances described in this policy and remains at RareReg's discretion (see Discretionary exceptions).
Discretionary exceptions
RareReg may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund for legitimate exceptional circumstances, duplicate or erroneous billing, or a verified RareReg service or billing failure. This discretionary provision does not guarantee a refund and does not create an entitlement or expectation of a refund in any of the circumstances described elsewhere in this policy.
Verification
The verification fee covers RareReg's verification review and process. Payment does not guarantee that a vehicle will receive Verified status, and an unsuccessful verification decision does not create a refund right except where required by applicable law.
Featured Placement
Featured payment covers the purchased 30-day placement period for an eligible Verified vehicle. It does not guarantee traffic, leads, offers, or a sale. Unused Featured time does not qualify for a voluntary refund.
Private Seller
The Private Seller Sell Package payment covers $95 for one active vehicle for a 90-day listing period. It does not guarantee traffic, leads, offers, or a sale. A seller is not entitled to a refund because the vehicle does not sell, is sold through another channel, is removed from the marketplace, or the seller no longer wishes to use RareReg during the paid period, except where required by applicable law or described in Discretionary exceptions.
Dealer plans
Dealer payments cover access to the purchased active-vehicle capacity for the applicable paid billing or service period and are generally non-refundable once that period has begun. A dealer is not entitled to a refund because the dealer changes its mind, does not receive the traffic, leads, or offers it expected, does not sell vehicles, sells vehicles through another channel, stops using RareReg, removes its inventory, or voluntarily cancels before the end of the current paid period, except where required by applicable law or described in Discretionary exceptions.
Subscription cancellation
When cancellation functionality is available, canceling a Dealer subscription stops future renewal and billing according to the applicable cancellation terms. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund or proration for the current paid billing period, and does not entitle a dealer to a refund for any remaining, unused portion of that period, except where required by applicable law or described in Discretionary exceptions.
Payment processing
RareReg uses server-created Stripe Checkout sessions when the applicable product Price ID and webhook are configured. RareReg does not store complete payment-card details.
