Dealer Terms

Approved plans

Private Seller — $95 for 1 active vehicle for 90 days.
Independent Dealer — $395 per month for up to 5 active vehicles.
Dealer — $695 per month for up to 10 active vehicles.
Dealer — $995 per month for up to 20 active vehicles.
Volume Dealer — $2,695 per month for up to 50 active vehicles.

Dealers requiring more than 50 active vehicles should contact RareReg regarding volume arrangements.

Dealer account responsibility

A dealer must provide accurate business and account information, protect credentials, authorize only appropriate personnel, and remain responsible for activity under its account. RareReg may request evidence of dealership identity or authority before enabling dealer services.

Authority and inventory

Dealers may submit or list only vehicles they are authorized to represent. Inventory identity, condition, mileage, price, location, availability, and sale status must be accurate and kept current. Dealers remain responsible for licensing, advertising, consumer, title, tax, and transaction obligations applicable to them.

Content and source rights

Dealers must have the rights needed to provide photographs, documents, descriptions, and source information. Submitted content remains subject to the Copyright / Takedown Policy. Source attribution must not be removed or falsified.

Verification submissions

Vehicles covered by an active dealer plan may enter RareReg verification review without a separate per-vehicle verification fee. Every vehicle still requires manual review, and payment never automatically marks a vehicle Verified. Vehicle capacity does not change the limited meaning of verification stated in the Verification Policy.

Billing and cancellation

Dealer plans are monthly subscriptions at the exact price and vehicle capacity stated above. Cancellation, refund, proration, renewal, and failed-payment treatment remains governed by the checkout terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy available when a plan is activated.

Prohibited conduct and moderation

Dealers must not submit fraudulent, deceptive, duplicated, unauthorized, stale, or infringing inventory; manipulate verification; impersonate another business; or bypass access, moderation, or source controls.

RareReg may review, correct, deactivate, reject, suspend, or remove dealer content or access for data quality, safety, rights protection, policy enforcement, or legal reasons.
